Buy from an identifiable operator or verified agent, then confirm the exact boarding point, seat, baggage policy and expected arrival time. 3. Passenger trains: Check the latest passenger routes and timetable directly with Royal Railway; rail does not serve every major tourist destination. 4. Around cities: Tuk-tuks, taxis and ride-booking services are practical in larger cities. Confirm the app fare or negotiate the total price and drop-off point before departure. 5. Temples and rural areas: A tuk-tuk, private car or van with driver works well for multi-stop days. Agree on the total fare, waiting time, route and parking charges. 6.
